75 Puppy Mill Dogs

I think most of us had heard and read the stories of the poor 75 dogs from this local puppy mill at pasir ris. At 1st thought, we all feel so sorry for the dogs and want to do something to help them, and so a group of people step out and decided they should buy over all these dogs from the puppy mill owner so they will stop from the suffering of excessive breeding. I bet most of us will see them as saviours for the dogs. But I think otherwise.

Why should 11K be spent helping the puppy mill owner get rid of his/her burden. He/Her got 11K selling stocks that could no longer bring in profit. Bet in his/her heart, he/she must be laughing out loud.

As a group of people getting busy with cleaning up the dogs and gathering donations of food, medical or funds etc. Do they realise, that the puppymill owner had already set up another puppymill nearby and are ready for business soon. I will certainly feel like a stupid idiot if I were one of them.

And do they know am0ong them there is a devil who is actually friend of the puppymill owner, who helps spreading words about these poor dogs conditions, making use of human sympathy to help the owner get rid of his/her burden. OMG, this is even more infuriating than being cheated of 11K. Bet that Mr D had a share of profit.

To think Mr D was known being active in a shelter, always able to "RESCUE" ex breeding dogs, I guess by now we all know why. Why all ex breeding dogs are always dumped to a poor old lady to care for and yet after all the hardwork, the old lady get badmouthed at.

Guess what cause the old lady is old and ignorant, some despicable low-life make use of her name, getting monthly donations all into his own pocket, not a single cent was put to use for its cause.

If any of you think caring for shelter dogs is easy as clearing the pee and poo, preparing the food to make sure all are well-fed. You are absolutely wrong. I admire people like the old lady who expect nothing in return except that all her dogs will be alive and well.

Mr D, i hope u burn in hell. For those who believe in a devil like him, please wake up. Think back all that had happen, you realise just what a fool you been. Its not too late to stand on the right side of justice and truth.

Frm what I know, last time this person also used to buy/take over dogs from same breeder and put at MWS.

the world is small..words spread fast..one of the ex volunteer even told a MWS donor not to donate food to MWS but to 75 dogs instead

This mr d that you have referred to is also helping out as one if the chief volunteers at 75 dogs. They said they are closing down soon but mr d said they aren't. So I don't know what really is going on but it seems there's some shady business going on. I know this mr d from about a year ago when he refused to let me adopt a puppy by giving alot of excuses when it was quite clear he wanted it for himself.

Hi, after reading this section of the blog, I feel rather disappointed, we all love animals in general, Mr D here is simply an activist like many renowned animal activists e.g. Ric O'Berry or Joanna Lumley.

11k, to some, might seem like helping the puppymill owner 'get rid of his/her burden', yes 11k can easily start off another mill, but I'm sure authorities would revovke his license to do so.

Mr D here spent 11k to aid the 75 dogs to find good homes, I think its perfectly noble of him to do so, at least, he acts when there's a situation, you and I would probably be sitting at the dining table, comment of ow pitiful those dogs are and then carry on with our meal. At the end of the day, we would just show some sympathy and later on get on with our daily lives.

What is important here is that the dogs eventually FOUND good homes, why speculate about Mr. D? Mr D. himself might be breeder, but no one ever said breeders in GENERAL are bad people.

I think before anyone should comment on Mr. D, we should ask ourselves, what would we do if we found out that a puppymill owner has decided to abandon his/her mill.

At the end on the day, I stress my point again, we should be thankful that the 75 dogs found good homes

Hi SPartellica,

I never speculate abt anyone and I never spread my blog around telling ppl to come and look at wht i am writing abt. I am not a activist in any shelter. I just did wht minimum i could to help whn i think i can help. I dont sit at home and do nothing.

I don't understand why comments are being made even after so long, seems someone must have spread my blog post around, u better find out who did tht cos i do knw who did it.

As a person who so active in saving strays and and set up a shelter, yet still breed and are so well known among breeders. I really wonder whts the motive.

Making use of a old lady kindness and pocketing donations, shows how noble one is.

Time will tell and eyes can see. We shall say hi to each other whn we meet.

I like ur comments, u might be right abt tht guy but u could be wrong.
