This year, Mummy kept my birthday celebration simple so she can spend it with her friends and my pawfrens.
On the eve of Christmas cum my birthday, Mummy brought me to Auntie E house for the 1st time and we had a lot of fun, I met a lot of new friends and I behaved well, Mummy was happy to meet up some long time no see friends and had a lot of fun bitching with them. As usual, I was so busy checking out the news dogs and also going around begging for human food.
And so the next day, Mummy woke up early despite only sleep for 4 hrs, she went to get the ingredients to make the delicious meat patties for the Jackerteers Christmas gathering cum me and Zai barkday celebration. Mummy specially made 2 giant patties just for me and Zai.

I love rubble
As usual, my routine for sat is to go for my S&A training. It was a hot morning and Mummy was sweating like a melting ice cream. The officer told Mummy I can proceed to search in rubbles now since I pass the room search with flying colours keke. I was so excited and without even anyone telling what I should do, I display my climbing skills infront of them.
Poor Mummy, she had to climb the rubbles with me and instruct where I should be going. She was so slow, not like me. She even had to climb a 45 degree slanted wall with me. Haiz, Mummy its time for you to seriously lose some more weight liao. I cannot be waiting for you all the time wor, muahahahaha...
Well, the training is getting more and more fun now and learning new things makes me so excited. I so looking forward the next training which I shall be climbing into the rubbles and of cause together with my fat Mummy.

Updates on CC
Her condition had improved tremendously since the day I got her, she now had the looks of a prety MS and though she had lost almost all her teeth, she is coping well with her food.
However, she will need to be on a special diet from next week onwards, so as to know what food she is able to have in the future so won't trigger her skin condition again. She will need to be either goat meat and sweet potatoes or ZD diet which both are as costly whichever is chose.
See how much fur she had grown.

My performance being a S&A dog
Well, having been a S&A dog ( Search & Rescue) for the past few months, I will say I am talented being one. The officers had made me go for tougher and longer trainings seeing my fast progress.
Yesterday, I had done the 2 men search on the ground floor and found the 2 men around 15 mins with distractions and of cause, Mummy did not know where the victims are hidden. And than they decided I should go for the tougher ones, I got to search for the victim on the 2nd floor while I was on the ground floor, I managed to catch the scent after awhile, but was unsure I should be barking as I was on the ground floor, nowhere near the victim, but I decided I should bark to tell Mummy I found it.
Lastly, I have to search for victims on the rubbles at the ground floor and at the 2nd floor. I managed to do it too but I was not fast enough, got to brush up on that on the next training. Mummy also requested to let me search without my favourite toys and I manged to prove that I search on the scent of the humans and not my toys. Mummy was so happy to know that I am now a step more closer to be a S&A dog. Mummy say she hopes to see me in the S&A vest soon.
It ws tough and tiring but I enjoyed myself so much that I am so looking forward to the every training at the Mandai Training Village.

Search & Rescue Training under the hot hot sun
Yesterday morning, Mummy finally brought me to Mandai for my search & rescue training after a long 2 months time. Over there, I saw my senior Joey and also Junior Belly boy. How I miss growling at them haha.
This time, I was told to look for hooman in a closed up container. I was not allowed to see where they going to, and I have to rely on Mummy to direct me to find the hidden hoomans. Its difficult, but not to worry, I pick up the scent easily and I bark at the top of my voice excitedly telling Mummy I found it.
After that, seeing my eagerness to play more, the officers decided to play a game of fetch with me. OMG, all the young officers, I LOVE THEM ALL.
Mummy:(GINGER TAN, CAN YOU DON'T THROW MY FACE OR NOT)
In the video, you can see there is a border collie, he is the pioneer in Search & Rescue, he had retired and had gone to a good home, his owner brought him back for some fun. He still displays his drive to search, Mummy really likes him.

Black Lab turns White
Saw this on youtube, and I could not believe what I saw. This is a black lab which turned white when her owner died. Who says animals have no feelings and won't feel sad when their owner left them. This lab misses her owner so much that her shiny black fur turned white over the 2 yrs her owner died.
Please consider twice when getting a dog and also when you think of abandon them, as they have feelings too.

I cannot keep still even in my sleep
Mummy say I often will talk in my dreams. I give out small barks like a puppy. Guess I must be chasing small irritating dogs or playing with my favourite ball game.

GiGi at Her New Home
Today, GiGi gone to her new home. Her new owner had prepared a lot of things for her arrival. She had a new bed and a collar that had her name on it. There are kibbles, treats and new retractable leash. She had a nice comfortable fenced up area in the living room and it seems that she knows that is her place. She was having a nice nap while we were talking.
From a dog coped up at the toilet for 3 long years, she finally had a nice cosy place which she be loved and live like a normal dog. I'm so happy for her. GiGi, be a good girl and listen to your new mummy ok.

My training at Mandai Training Village
Hi all,
this weekend was a busy weekends for Mummy as she had to settle a lot of things which I am not included in. She find me a nuisance if I were to follow her. Despite all these, she still brought me to the Search & Rescue training. I had so far 3 lessons with them and I think I impressed the officers with my talent. Muahahaha.
I had learned to sniff out the human hiding with my ball, I bark when I found them and I bark real loud. I was never afraid of any obstacles and I was tested on that too. I jump onto a high box and also climb onto a pile of woods which require a lot of balancing. Even though yesterday morning was raining, I had so much fun that I was running happily in the rain and make the humans laughing happily.
Sorry no pics as Mummy could not take the pics while she had to be the handler.

Gigi to the vet
Zann and I brought her to the vet and she is in good health, except for being overweight at 10.5kg and slight cataracts on both her eyes. She got medication for the cataracts and for her dry skin. After that, we went to PetUgamart to buy her a harness. She behave well with the dogs there and was liked by the staff there. She is estimated to be 8yrs old and she might really been a SPCA dog before.
Let's hope she can find a family who will love and care for her till her last days. Please help to spread the words for this elder.

The 2 JRTs
Zann brought me to see the 2 Jrts she mention to me before, they have such a nice temperament which is hardly found in JRTs. They did not make a single noise when we were there and I even carried the female which looks a lot like Ginger. Makes me so sad that they are being kept outdoors like that. I hope to talk to the family and hope to persuade them to bring the JRTs indoors or probably put it up for adoption.
